CJC-1295 No DAC is a short-acting growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue commonly known as Modified GRF 1-29. It is designed to stimulate the body’s own growth-hormone signaling and is frequently researched alongside growth-hormone secretagogues such as ipamorelin.

Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, the No-DAC form does not contain the Drug Affinity Complex, resulting in a much shorter duration of action.

Product Information

CJC-1295 No DAC acts on the GHRH receptor in the pituitary and promotes growth hormone release. Increased GH signaling can subsequently influence IGF-1, protein metabolism, tissue growth, and recovery pathways.

It is particularly popular in research combinations because its short action allows it to be paired with another secretagogue to create a more pronounced pulsatile GH response.

How Does It Work?

CJC-1295 No DAC activates the GHRH receptor, encouraging pituitary GH release and downstream IGF-1 signaling.

Benefits

Supports Growth-Hormone Research

CJC-1295 No DAC directly targets the GHRH pathway responsible for stimulating pituitary growth-hormone secretion, making it useful in research into the GH/IGF-1 axis.

IGF-1 Research

Growth hormone stimulates hepatic IGF-1 production, linking CJC-1295 research to muscle, bone, tissue, and metabolic signaling.

Pulsatile GH Research

Because No DAC is short-acting, researchers can investigate pulsatile GH signaling rather than the prolonged exposure associated with long-acting CJC-1295.

Combination Research

CJC-1295 No DAC is commonly investigated alongside peptides such as ipamorelin and GHRP-6, allowing researchers to examine interactions between GHRH and GH-secretagogue pathways.

Side Effects

Reported effects include water retention, headache, fatigue, tingling, joint discomfort, increased appetite, and changes in glucose regulation. Injection-site reactions can also occur.

Dosage

Current research-community protocols commonly report 100–300 mcg per administration, one to three times daily, particularly when paired with a GH secretagogue. No-DAC dosing should not be confused with the much less frequent dosing used for CJC-1295 with DAC.
