Kisspeptin-10 is a naturally derived signaling peptide and one of the most important experimental regulators of the reproductive hormone axis. It acts upstream of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), making it particularly interesting for research into LH, FSH, testosterone, fertility, and reproductive function.

Kisspeptin is produced naturally in the body and acts through the KISS1 receptor (KISS1R). Its major biological role is regulating GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, which then influence pituitary LH and FSH release.

Human studies have shown that Kisspeptin-10 can rapidly increase LH secretion in men, while kisspeptin administration in women can stimulate reproductive hormone signaling in a cycle-dependent manner.

Kisspeptin-10 Dosage

Human research with Kisspeptin-10 has used 0.01–3 μg/kg IV bolus doses, with 1 μg/kg producing the strongest LH response in one male study. Continuous infusions of 1.5–4 μg/kg/hour have also been investigated. These are research protocols rather than a standardized consumer dosing schedule.
